Niels Norager is resident in Aarhus, Denmark, and has for many years played  a prominent roll in the Danish music scene, both as a classical and jazz pianist, and as a composer.

He has studied at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus and Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.

He is a very versatile musician who works within various musical fields. and has given many concerts, both classical and jazz, and recorded several cds as a leader with some of the best Danish jazz musicians, performing his own jazz compositions.

As a composer, he has written works across the whole musical spectrum, including choral works, jazz compositions, piano pieces, classical works, filmmusik, musicals and songs.
